SHIPPING POLICY

We are always here to help should you have any questions.

All our deliveries are free to UK mainland.

Our modern rug orders are processed immediately. As soon as we have tracking information for you the details will be emailed. Delivery times are estimated and our site is kept up to date. There are still times when our lead times can be extended without our knowledge. We would always let you know with a call or email as soon as possible. If the estimated delivery time is longer than 10 - 14 days and we can obtain a confirmed delivery date from our supplier on out of stock items we will give the option to wait for the order or process a full refund. If we cannot get a firm delivery time on new orders we will process a full refund and the item will be marked out of stock until dates can be confirmed.

 

Delivery times on out of stock rugs vary due to production time, dates are given in good faith based on the best information we have at the time of order, but please be aware these dates are subject to change.

 

Although we do carry extensive stocks not all products are in stock at all times, if you do require a quick delivery service or a more accurate delivery date please contact us to check prior to ordering. 

All our deliveries are based on being UK mainland and any other areas must be pre arranged before ordering. There will be additional  delivery charges.

It is the responsibility of the buyer to inspect the goods on delivery in respect of design, colour, condition, quantity and quality.

 

RETURN POLICY

We want you to be delighted with your purchase, so if you are not completely happy, you may return it to us within 14 days of receipt for a full refund - provided that the item is returned complete, unused and in original condition. Returned items are thoroughly checked. If damaged or worn no refund will be processed and the customer will be responsible for arranging the item to be sent back to them.

To return an item, you must first contact us. We will then send you a returns form.

It is recommended that you keep the original packaging in order to make returning items easier.

You as the customer are responsible for return postage charges. we would recommend using a tracked and insured service. 

Refunds are issued within 3-5 days of receiving the returned goods. We cannot refund custom made goods.

 

If your item has not been dispatched you can cancel your order by contacting us with your order number.
